This project consists of fumishing all labor, materials, site removais and equipment to renovate an existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and provide miscellaneous improvements indicated in the Contract Documents The total Contract Time will be 150 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $500 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.
