**As of July 16, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 24th, 2025** The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the removal and complete replacement of six (6) existing steel corrugated culverts and one (1) concrete lined channel side wall. The project aims to improve drainage, prevent flooding, ensure road safety, and enhance the long-term durability of the infrastructure. The newly updated piping needs to be circular without affecting current rain flow or performance in these areas, necessary excavation, backfilling, restoration of the road surface, and environmental management. Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online. The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Tuesday, June 3, 2025 @ 2:00 PM. CT. To submit electronically, a single PDF of the bid package and a single PDF of the 5% bid bond (see Section 10.0 Bid Security) must be uploaded to the Bidding Portal under the RFP's Response Attachments tab.
