The College shall be the General from start to finish of the project. The College will provide the Grease Trap and associated components. All other parts and materials will be provided by the excavation contractor. Sewer Line to be included in this bid is located at the West Side of the Main Campus at 2500 College Drive, Rock Springs. 1. Remove and dispose of existing grease trap basin and associated steel shoring on west side of building and fill void with 3/4 minus or equivalent aggregate. 2. Abandon and cap (with hard solvent cap) sewer line running back into building 3. Install 4" cleanout with-in 30" of building 4. Remove and replace all concrete flatwork which was disturbed during project 5. Approximately 160' from building to main line stub 6. Install new 1,000-gallon grease trap provided by owner 7. Install cleanout 30" from grease trap on downstream line 8. Tie new 4" sewer line into existing sewer main stub on west side of sidewalk 9. Sawcut, compact trench up to 36" with flowable fill and replace asphalt 10.Follow engineering specifications and instructions provided by engineer's instructions Western Wyoming Community College District will accept sealed bids for the Grease Trap Sewer Line Project 2025. The Western Wyoming Community College District, Sweetwater County, State of Wyoming, located in Rock Springs, Wyoming will accept sealed bids for the Grease Trap Sewer Line 2025 Project - with install of sewer line and grease trap, and repair of asphalt and landscaping. A Bid Bond is required in the amount of five percent (5%) of base bid, including alternates, made payable to Western Wyoming Community College. Checks shall be either a certified or cashier's check The Western Wyoming Community College District reserves the right to accept the bid that will be the most satisfactory to the College. The College also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities in bids received. As a prerequisite to executing the contract, the Contractor shall furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the value of the work.
