Contract Documents, dated May 19, 2025, were prepared for the Project by Westcott, Small & Associates, PLLC. 125 S. Elm St., Suite 606, Greensboro, NC 27401 C. The Work generally includes: renovation of an existing running track and field event areas to include removal of the existing track surface, installation of a new latex track surface course and striping. The work shall include but is not limited to, removal of the current surface course, installation of new surface course and striping. A 5% bid security as well as a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. E-Verify Requirements: This project requires the awarded vendor to comply with the requirements of EVerify. (U.S. law requiring companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States - either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization).
