Joshua ISD New Elementary School project will consist of a new ground up Elementary School in Burleson, Tx. The scope for the New Elementary School will include structural steel, finish carpentry, metal wall panels, waterproofing, foam insulation, D/F/H, glass and glazing, drywall and acoustical, tiling, painting, specialties, signage, canopies, food service equipment, gym equipment, playground equipment, elevators, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, landscaping and irrigation, pavement striping, and fencing for the new ground up Elementary School. Authers Building Group reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means, when in the best interests of Joshua ISD and Authers Building Group. No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
