Renovation of an educational facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Georgia State University (GSU), as the Using Agency, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for the construction of a project known as Project No. 0030-015-25, Robinson College of Business (35 Broad Street): Exterior Window Replacement- All Floors at Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms that respond to this RFQ, who are determined by the Using Agency to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to interview and offer proposals for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion. Established in 1913, Georgia State University is one of the 26 higher education institutions that comprise the University System of Georgia. With a current student enrollment of over 52,000, it is the largest institution of higher education in Georgia and among the top ten in enrollment nationally. Students come from every county in Georgia, every state in the nation, and over 160 countries. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, the main campus consists of approximately 71 acres and 67 buildings, including parking decks. There are five additional Perimeter College campuses in metropolitan Atlanta: Dunwoody, Decatur, Clarkston, Newton, and Alpharetta. Panther Express provides transportation around Georgia State's downtown Atlanta Campus, with stops in the FairliePoplar Historic District, the Sweet Auburn neighborhood, the university's residential corridor, and Historic Summerhill, near Georgia State's Center Parc Stadium and Convocation Center. The scope of work for this project will include the complete replacement of the non-historic, approximately 50 year old storefront windows on the three street facing facades of 35 Broad Street. Associated work includes repairs to the adjacent masonry which may include materials such as brick, stone, or terra cotta. Steel lintels and reinforcing may also require repairs or replacement. This work will be done in an occupied building, and the schedule of work will need to be coordinated with the occupants' schedules.
