Fire Alarm Services 868873 Wage rates as determined by the Mass. Commissioners of the Department ofLabor and Industries apply to these projects and bids when required. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in anamount that is no less than five (5%) percent of the proposal amount made payable to The Town of Mansfield. Bid depositsshall be a certified check, bid bond, treasurers check or cashiers check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. APerformance Bond, Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance will be required. Bidding procedures shall be in accordancewith the General Laws, Chapter 149 Section 44A through 44J as most recently amended, and other applicable laws. The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or rejectany or all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town. Bidders arereminded that the Town Officials neither individually nor collectively are to be contacted, nor will they discuss any bids orprojects prior to the scheduled opening. All inquiries regarding the information contained in these Request for bids shall bedirected to the Public Buildings/Special Projects Manager, Michael Ahern. All questions must be submitted via e-mail tomahern@mansfieldma.com and shall have the bid name and project number in the subject section. The deadline for questionswill be 10:00AM on May 29, 2025
