**The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) hereby cancels solicitation BPM051115 (DNR Project# EC25-09022-36). The Department has determined that the subject Project Manual must be revised to a degree requiring cancellation of this procurement. DNR intends to resolicit for bids for this project. The forthcoming procurement will be posted on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, etc., necessary to perform historic restorations at the Smallwood State Park - Replace Pavilion "#2" located at 2750 Sweden Point Road, Marbury, Maryland 20658. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. All questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement Officer. Questions shall be submitted by Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 5:00 PM. VSBE Participation 1.0 % SCOPE: 1. This project shall consist of the Contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, etc., necessary to perform historic restorations at the Smallwood State Park - Replace Pavilion "#2" located in 2750 Sweden Point Road, Marbury, Maryland 20658, Charles County. 2. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Protect and maintain the existing electrical supply to the existing building. Existing to be used for the proposed design. b. Demolish existing concrete sidewalk in its entirety, approximately 1,342 square feet. c. Demolish existing concrete slab in its entirety, approximately 1,233 square feet. d. Completely demolish existing Pavilion #2 in its entirety, approximately 20- foot by 40-foot. This includes but is not limited to wooden structure, light fixtures, concrete footings, etc. e. Excavate, for and installed compacted #57 stone for concrete slab and sidewalks, approximately 31 tons using Unit Price #1 f. Construct an approximately 1,233 square foot concrete slab. See SK-3 for details. Approximately 28'-8" x 43'-0". g. Construct a prefabricated 25-foot by 40-foot pavilion. This includes but is not limited to concrete footings, metal roof system, flashing, edging, drip edge, ridge vent, etc. h. Install new sidewalks. Approximately 1,342 square feet. See SK-1 for details. i. Install exterior grade mounted power outlets This includes the needed conduit and wiring. See Unit Price #2. j. Final site restoration and stabilization, including filling, grading, spreading of topsoil, and establishment of vegetative cover at all sites. k. Remove and properly dispose of all debris
