IS/HS (R123) - Early Work - Site Preparation Liquidated Damages: Five Thousand ($5,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day Performance Period: 540 Continuous Calendar Days A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form The Contractor shall commence Work under this Contract on the date specified in a Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter issued by the SCA and shall substantially complete the Work on the Project, inclusive of the Phasing Exhibit on or before 540 continuous calendar days from the date in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). All subcontractors must also be in compliance with the SCA’s subcontractor approval requirements. Subcontractors must be prequalified with the SCA and have the appropriate trade codes.
