Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kennedale, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A. This project includes two work scopes. The removal of one of the existing baseball fields and to replace it with two youth soccer fields. The changes will include but not be limited to fencing, lighting, earthwork, site access, and sports equipment. The removal of the existing restroom building, storage shed, and concessions building, and to add a new Restroom / Concessions Building. The existing parking lot is to have repairs and modifications to provide handicapped accessibility to the sports fields and the new building. Stairs, ramps, and sidewalks will be added to accommodate circulation to the remaining baseball fields, to the new soccer fields, and to the new building.
