CR Number: 2122389 Job Order Contracts are term construction contracts that require the contractor to perform an ongoing series of small to medium sized, critical maintenance and repair projects and minor new construction projects in certain counties of NYS for SUNY campuses and programs. Bid documents include Construction Task Catalogs (R) that contain pre-set unit prices for a wide variety of construction tasks specifically designed for the State University Construction Fund. Bidders will bid Adjustment Factors to be applied to these unit prices. Complete sets of Bidding Contract Documents may be obtained at any Pre-Bid Meeting or by contacting Janelle dePonceau of The Gordian Group at 412-260-6816. One set will enable the bidder to bid any or all of the contract Regions. There is no need to obtain multiple sets. Subcontracting is permitted as described in Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement. Uniform Contractors Questionnaire and MWBE programs are required. Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund's website online for more information on bidder's qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS online questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. In accordance with State Finance Law 139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be directed to Robbilee Luedtke at SUCF.ConstructionBids@suny.edu or for MWBE related issues, Scott Clay at SUCF.OpportunityAdmin@suny.edu. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York. Please refer to OGS' website online.
