For the construction of a 190 foot self-supported emergency radio tower Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the Site, the Bidder may seek clarification by submitting Pre-Bid Questions. All Pre-Bid Questions should be submitted in writing to the County via email at mspringer@medinacounty.gov. The county will provide a response to all questions submitted before the deadline of 4:30 PM on June 25, 2025. If a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Letter of Credit is used, the instrument shall be drawn on a solvent bank in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. If a ten percent (10%) bid guarantee is used, the successful Bidder will be required to submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as set forth in Exhibit B within ten (10) days of written notice of acceptance of their bid The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than One Hundred Twenty (120) days from the Date of Commencement fixed in the notice to proceed, or within any period of extension granted by the County The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject and/or accept any and all bids.
