Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision and equipment for modifying and repairing existing LES network vault infrastructure per the plans and specifications included with this bid. Work consists of modifying and repairing existing LES network vault infrastructure per the plans and specifications developed by RO Youker engineering. There are two vaults included in the scope. Work on the west vault consists of replacing a concrete liftout section and replacing it with a new grated liftout that contains a hinged access, repairing damaged concrete to existing concrete beams, and adding new grating in place of previous air vents. In the east vault, the work consists of modifying the existing grate to include a hinged access and repairing damaged concrete to existing concrete beams. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M.
