HHSC PCS is seeking qualified vendors to perform window, door, and glass repairs at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center located at 902 Airport Rd Corpus Christi, TX 78405. The vendor and all subcontractors will: Repair or replace windows & doors Repair or replace automatic doors Repair or replace glass or Plexiglass Awarded Contractor and their subcontractors shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment materials and supplies as required to complete the service request, to provide a working system, complete in all respects. Awarded Contractor and subcontractors shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable licenses, permits and insurance coverage. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Technicians shall have at least five (5) years of experience repairing and replacing windows and doors, including window tinting. Contractor must be able to respond on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week basis, including holidays. The contractor and any subcontractors must be able to respond to the facility within 1-hour and must be located within a 10-mile radius of the facility. When working inside the buildings on campus, the Contractor and its employees shall not allow anyone to piggyback through secured doors behind them. Giving or receiving of any money, gifts, or items of any kind with anyone on campus is strictly prohibited. The contractor's technicians and subcontractors shall attend contractor orientation and participate with the facility Risk Manager in a pre-construction risk assessment prior to any work. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
