The City of Glens Falls is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to improve concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveway aprons & curb ramps throughout the City during the 2025 construction season. The successful bidder will furnish all materials, labor & equipment to complete work in accordance with the contract specifications. The City of Glens Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award to the respondent deemed to best serve the needs of the City and to waive any informalities or defects in such proposals before or after opening. All bids shall include a Non-Collusion Certification and a Bid Security. This project is subject to New York State and Federal Prevailing Wage Rates.
