Major Quantities for the Work Include: 1,700 SY Remove Existing Pavement 581 CY Common Excavation (P) 426 CY Crushed Aggregate Base Course 201 TON HMA Asphalt Pavement, 3 MT 58-28 S 201 TON HMA Asphalt Pavement, 4 MT 58-34 S 176 SF 6-inch Concrete Walk 145 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 18-inch, Reject 605 SY Lawn Restoration 23 EACH Landscape Plantings (Shrubs) 58 SY Landscaping Bed 1 LS Rain Garden Bed and Plantings Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This Work shall be subject to Davis Bacon wages rates and labor standards in accordance with the Federal Government. The Ho-Chunk Transportation Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Ho-Chunk Nation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
