This Contract provides for replacing existing HVAC system with a new high-efficiency system at the Luepke Center, which includes: installation of new electrical panels to support updated HVAC loads, coordination of temporary power shutdowns with City Project Manager to minimize disruption, and conducting owner training for system operation and maintenance and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Contract Work shall commence September 22, 2025 and shall be Substantially Complete by October 31, 2025 and achieve Final Completion by November 7, 2025.
