Tenders are invited for the 2025 CCTV Inspection Program. The contract involves cleaning and CCTV Inspection of approximately 18,263 metres of various diameter sanitary sewer mains and approximately 18,244 metres of various diameter storm sewer mains bounded by Roper Avenue to the North, Marine Drive to the South, Stayte Road to the East, and Oxford Street to the West. All Tender inquiries shall be directed to Michael Hill, CCA, Project Manager, R.F. Binnie & Associates Ltd., in writing to e-mail: mhill@binnie.com. No inquiries will be accepted after Monday, June 2, 2025. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and the City will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the Tenderer in preparing the tender. The City of White Rock reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and to waive informalities in any or all tenders. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified 10% Bid Bond and Consent of Surety. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labour Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
