Reference Number 0000293865 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/12 01:00:00 AM EDT The city of Flin Flon is looking for the complete demolition of the multi-story hotel structure, including all above-ground and below-ground components. Work includes disconnection of the utilities from the city and capped, removal of hazardous materials (asbestos), structural teardown using appropriate mechanical or controlled demolition methods, and complete site clean-up. All concrete from this site will need to be ground down, steel removed and disposed of at the city warehouse scrap steel pile, crushed concrete to be piled at The City of Flin Flon Warehouse. The Work is expected to be completed no later than September 30/2025. Provide a schedule for the performance of the Work. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to: Reject any or all Proposals whether complete or not.
