The Philadelphia Water Department's Bureau of Laboratory Services (PWD-BLS) requests proposals for testing of water, wastewater, treatment residuals and solids (and other related media) for PCBs and PCB congeners according to EPA Method 1668, Revision A or the latest version of the approved method. The City reserves the right to add, delete or modify information pertaining to this Notice of Contract Opportunity at any time during the period the Contract Opportunity remains open. The City may, but shall not be obligated to, amend the opportunity period based on the nature of the modification made. The application form includes all disclosures (the names of subcontractors the applicant intends to use on the contract, the names of consultants used to assist in securing the contract, certain contributions made by the applicant and such consultants, certain requests made by City employees or officers and certain advice given by City employees) as required by Code Section 17-1402 (1) (b) of the Philadelphia Code. Applicants awarded a contract with the City of Philadelphia must comply with the continuing disclosure requirements of Code Section 17-1402 (1) (e) concerning such contributions made during and after the term of the contract
