Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: The construction of a groundwater drinking water treatment plant. To include, but not limited to the drilling and development of a groundwater well, construction of a powder coated bolted galvanized ground storage tank, an ASME certified hydropneumatic tank, booster pumps, a complete electrical system with emergency back up diesel generator with automatic transfer switch and all associated ancillary equipment, piping, valves and fittings. Construction of water supply and storage facilities including but not limited to, ground water well with pump and motor, one (1) powder coated boltrd galvanized ground storage tank, one (1) 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, booster pumps, civil site improvements, a fully functioning electrical system, chlorination system and all necessary facilities and appurtenances related to these improvements. The deadline to ask questions is 6/04/2025 10:00 AM CST Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project
