Only the following are eligible to submit a tender - Companies that have purchased the tender documents through the electronic public tendering system "SEAO"; - Companies and their directors who, during the five years preceding the bid opening date, have not been convicted of an offence under the federal Competition Act (R.S., 1985, c. C-34) in connection with a public call for tenders or a contract entered into with a public authority in Canada, or if they have been convicted, have obtained a pardon for that offence. Tender closing date and time: before 11 a.m. on June 12, 2025. Electronic tenders may only be submitted via the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (SEAO), at the following address: www.seao.ca. For paper bids, only those received in a sealed envelope and clearly identified (company name, call for tenders number, closing date and time) will be considered. The National Assembly reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted.
