Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fulton, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
West side of Elementary Building-Staff Lot -- Located at 825 N 17th St, Atchison, Kansas 2" Mill and overlay/striping. Mill entire surface area of west lot down 2" Approx. 180,000sq ft Clean with mechanical brooms/blowers Apply tack coat of SS-1H or similar at rate of .05gal/sy Furnish and install 2" compacted commercial hot mix asphalt, not to exceed 20% RAP Stripe back as existing Atchison High School West drive to staff lot 1500 Riley St, Atchison Kansas 2" Mill and overlay/striping Mill entire surface area of west drive down 2", Approx. 23'Wide x 495' long Clean with mechanical brooms/blowers Apply tack coat of SS-1H or similar at rate of .05gal/sy Furnish and install 2" compacted commercial hot mix asphalt, not to exceed 20% RAP Stripe back as existing Any areas that need repairs after milling/cleaning operations will be addressed on an as needed basis. Contractor must provide a bid security in the amount of 5%. Contractor start date: June 09, 2025. Completion date no later than August 01, 2025. Liquidated damage = $250.00 a day. No time extensions.
