Reading Township Fire Station Addition all the labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the Reading Township Fire Station Addition. The successful Bidder who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid, shall furnish a Contract Bond in the form Contract Bond included in the Bid Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. Each bid shall have a bid guaranty and bond with provided forms in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
