All bids shall be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department, Attn: Yasvel Couso Trigo, IFB 25-05-075, 8120 Kinsman Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44104, and must arrive before the date and time shown above. Bids received after this date and time shall be returned unopened to the offeror. Specifications can be downloaded from CMHA's website at https://www.cmha.net/business/index.php. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA.
