**As of August 20, 2025, no award has been made. No definite date for the rebid.** IntegralCare is currently soliciting proposals to provide Door and Window Replacement and Repair Services. Historically UnderutilizedBusinesses, including Minority-Owned Businesses and Women-Owned Businesses, areencouraged to apply. Integral Care anticipates awarding one (1) or more three (3) -year contract(s) commencing on approximately August 1, 2025, with an option by Integral Care to renew for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, for the Services Upon request by Integral Care, Successful Proposer shall provide the following services as appropriate: Replacement of entire exterior and interior doors, which may include replacement of door frames, knobs, locks, and other component parts. Repair of exterior and interior doors, which may include, but is not necessarily limited to, wooden doors, glass doors, metal doors. Replacement of window, which may include, but is not necessarily limited to, store front glass, window frames, apartment & office building windows Glass fenestration replacement/repair; and Glass glazing. Successful Proposer must buy materials produced in Texas when the materials are available at a comparable price and in a comparable period of time.
