Question Deadline 06/16/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Questions should be sent to Ablen Amrod, P.E. via email at aamrod@delawareengineering.com or Fax at (518) 452-1335. This work consists of the electrical work associated with upgrades to the WWTP. This includes but is not limited to providing a new high voltage service and equipment, transformers, unit substations, electrical distribution gear, power and control wire and conduit to the various treatment equipment, new generator, and automatic transfer switch. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof
