COOK BROTHERS, INC. (CBI), FL. GENERAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE NO. CGC-046567, the Construction Manager for the following project, is seeking bids from all qualified bidders. Bidders who have not previously been under contract with CBI are required to prequalify for this project. Prequalification forms are on our website. Milling and resurfacing of specified areas of the existing parking lot. Work will include removal and replacement of curbing. All bids of $100,000 or more require a 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check. All contracts of $100,000 or more will require a Performance & Payment Bond. 32-Site Improvements E-Verify: Pursuant to 448.095, Fla.
