No definite date for the rebid.** Exterior Painting of the Legislative Finance Buidling The Legislative Affairs Agency is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors(Contractor) to repaint the exterior of the Legislative Finance Office Building(LFOB) located at 430 Main Street in Juneau, Alaska. This ITB is intended to provide all necessary work and services needed to remove older, chipped paint materials, prime, and repaint the entire exterior of the LFOB.A more detailed description of the project including the work and services that is to be performed is described in section two (ITB Specifications) and AttachmentA-1of this ITB. The Alaska State Legislature complies with the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the Procurement Manager, no later than ten (10) days before bids are due to make any necessary arrangements.
