Performance Period: 330 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day Pursuant to the SCAs authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
