Bids are to be compliant with Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Oklahoma Department of Transportation, 2019 Edition, Section 700; Contact Brian Luckett, Street Superintendent, at (580) 254-8556 with any questions. All bid items are to be f.o.b. Woodward, Oklahoma. The City ofWoodward reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids or portions thereof and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Woodward for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date ofthe opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating bid items prior to award of bids. All policies to contain a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the City of Woodward, Oklahoma, the Woodward Municipal Authority, and each of their officers, agents and employees. The Certificate of Insurance shall include a clause to require the insurer to notify the City of Woodward thirty (30) days in advance of any cancellation or change in insurance contracts. Insurance as herein required shall be maintained in force until final release by the City of the Contractor from all obligations under the Contract, said insurance contract shall cover claims for such length oftime as said claims are permitted by law. The City ofWoodward reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest ofthe City. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are solicited and contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Section 101-136 et seq.).
