Offerors can view the exterior of all buildings on their own as the sites are publicly accessible but if inside access is desired you must contact the project COR, Cesar Villa, to coordinate. See attachment "1. Statement of Work" for full details. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The purpose of the project is to update and increase efficiency of existing barracks by replacing all electrical fixtures with LED lights, upgrade all switches and plugs, run electrical tests, and upgrade breaker boxes accordingly. Replace most windows with similar style retrofit double-pane windows and replace HVAC units and duct work. This work will be required on 17 separate buildings scattered across the Tahoe National Forest. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings and industry standards. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items.
