Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project consists of the repair and replacement of various roof types within DCR facilities in Western and Central Massachusetts. Roof types include asphalt shingles, slates, membrane or standing seam roof and associated tasks including snow guards and snow removal. This is a work order contract, and specific locations will be assigned throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All Bidders for this project are required to be certified with DCAMM for ROOFING and must submit with the bid an update of their respective qualifications.
