As of July 23, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Contractor is to complete the Project in accordance with the Project Documents and in accordance with all codes and regulations governing the construction of the Project. Any work, materials, or equipment that may be reasonably inferred from the Project Documents as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied by Contractor whether or not specifically called for. Reference to standard specifications, manuals, or codes of any technical society, organization or association, or to the laws or regulations of any governmental authority, whether such reference be specific or by implication, shall mean the latest standard, specification, manual, code, or laws or regulations in effect at the time of opening of bids and Contractor shall comply therewith. Sponsor shall have no duties other than those duties and obligations expressly set forth within the Contract Documents. Est. Value Notes: Probable Cost: $ 600,000 - $625,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A DBE goal of 0.38% has been established for this project.
