Site work for a civil project in Sainte-Barbe, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Reference number: 20072203 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-06-02 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 3 Description: Work on the 1st layer of phase 4 must be completed at least one week before work on the 2nd (final) layer of phases 1 to 4. All work must be completed by 30 September 2025. Work on the 1st layer of phase 4 consists of scarifying, decontaminating and reshaping the existing granular base, applying a bonding binder to the surfaces, applying the asphalt base layer specified on the plans, recharging the shoulders, hydroseeding the ditches and other related work. Work on the 2nd (final) layer of phases 1 to 4 consists of installing two culverts, a catch basin and its connection, 4 elongated speed bumps, rebuilding the road base at the trench locations, applying the wearing course specified on the plans, recharging the shoulders and other related work. Paved driveways will be connected as part of the paving of the roadway, with a saw cut at the driveway connection. Refill the shoulders on either side of the roadway and connect the driveways, all using MG-20 crushed stone, compacted to 95% of the modified Proctor optimum. Delivery schedule: All work must be completed by 30 September 2025.
