Provin Mountain Reservoir Service Building Roof. Removal of an existing EPDM roof system and installation of anew PVC membrane roof system, fascia and associated accessories. Re-pointing of masonry chimney, chimney cap and flue cap. Final Completion of this project is 90 calendar days from the date of the written Notice to Proceed. Bidders Must provide evidence of DCAMM Certification in the category of ROOFING. Question Deadline - 06/05/2025 at 4:00 PM E - Direct all questions in writing to SWSC Chief Procurement Officer, Edward J. Sweeney at edward.sweeney@waterandsewer.org. Bid deposit 5% or a bid bond. Performance and payment bonds 100%. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to waive any informality in if deemed it its best interest to do so as may be allowed by statute.
