Regional sewer district mcip &wpclf funded project opinion of probable construction cost: $690,000.00 alternate a - radford sewer: $98,200.00 alternate b - radford sewer: $70,000.00. In the execution of this contract, the parties agree to adhere to environmentally responsible practices, including the promotion of recycling and waste reduction. Wherever applicable, materials used in the performance of this contract, the contractor shall recycle, reuse, or source from sustainable origins. The contractor will implement appropriate waste management measures to ensure compliance with local and federal recycling regulations. Additionally, the contractor shall dispose of any materials in an environmentally conscious manner, minimizing landfill contributions and prioritizing recycling initiatives. Failure to adhere to these recycling commitments may result in corrective actions or penalties as outlined in this contract. Please note that all contracts involving asphalt will require "Cold In-Place Recycling." This project will be funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy on encouraging the participation of small businesses in rural areas (SBRAs).
