Project Scope of Work: The Project Consists of Seismic Strengthening in the Helix School Main Gymnasium at 106 Main Street, Helix, or 97835. The project scope includes seismic strengthening for the Helix School Main Gymnasium. The building portion in scope consists of approximately 15,127 square foot, single-story building containing a gymnasium, locker rooms, and the entry addition as well as restrooms and shop space. The building was originally constructed in the 1970's with an addition being constructed in 2010. The intent is to strengthen the building to an Immediate Occupancy (Seismic Risk Category IV) seismic performance level.
