The intent of this solicitation is to hire a qualified contractor to furnish all on- site services, equipment, labor and materials necessary to furnish all services, equipment, labor and materials necessary to provide annual maintenance (AM) services, preventative maintenance (PM) services and repairs for the generator located at the Santa Fe City Hall. This shall include but is not limited to servicing, trouble shooting, repairing, ordering replacement parts in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and making any necessary repairs to ensure each generator is operating as designed for intended application. Scope includes removal and disposal. Successful respondent shall be responsible for damage to the City's equipment, property, workplace and its contents caused by negligence in work, its personnel and equipment usage. The intent of this solicitation is to hire a qualified contractor to provide all services, equipment, labor, and materials necessary to install and maintain the stationary generator at Santa Fe City Hall only. The scope includes one-time purchase and installation, followed by annual maintenance (AM), quarterly preventative maintenance (PM), and repair services for that unit. Estimate: $150,000-$200,000
