Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

This project is located along Lazy Creek from Bear Creek to Highland Drive within the City of Medford and Jackson County, Oregon. This project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to enhance 180 feet of Lazy Creek between Bear Creek and Highland Drive and construct a 30 foot long, single span, pedestrian bridge over Lazy Creek. Pay items include, but are not limited to the following: construct temporary access road, temporary water management, erosion control; sediment fence; pollution control plan; removal of structures and obstructions; clearing and grubbing; general excavation; loose rip rap, class 200; prefabricated modular gravity retaining wall-ultrablock; foundation concrete, class 4000; deck concrete, class 4000; general structural concrete, class 4000; 30 ft span premanufactured steel pedestrian bridge; aggregate base; level 2, 1/2 inch ACP; concrete curbs, curb and gutter; concrete walks; rain gardens; seedling trees, deciduous; shrubs #1 container; deciduous trees, #1 container; roughened channel. Two Completion dates: Phase 1: Roughened channel and all in-water work, September 15th, 2025. All other work to be completed March 27, 2026. Cost Range: $200,000 - $500,000. Class of Work: Earthwork and Drainage or Bridges and Structures. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the proposal payable to the City of Medford, to guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured. A Bid Bond to like effect and amount with a corporate surety will be acceptable for this project. Bids must be in writing and signed by or on behalf of the bidders. All traffic control shall follow the MUTCD Standards dated December 2023 for trucks entering roadway *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
