Renovate 9th Floor Mental Health / Project: 693-19-106 Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and the services necessary for the construction of the project described herein as well as other specific tasks as further defined by this Invitation for Bid (IFB) per attached SOW, Specifications, and drawings. This is an Invitation for Bid solicitation under FAR Part 14.2 Sealed Bids. This project is being solicited as a 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The Size Standard is $45.0 Million. All bidders must be a certified SDVOSB at the Small Business VetCert site (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) to qualify to bid on this requirement. Bids of offerors not meeting this requirement will not be considered for award. The Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. Wage Determination PA 202550095 Mod 4, dated 3/21/2025, applies to this solicitation and any resultant contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct title and classification of workers and compliance with applicable wage and hour laws. A copy of the Wage Determination is attached to this solicitation. Project Timeline: The awarded contractor will have 550 calendar days to complete this project in its entirety. Calendar days start upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Site Visit: The Government does not intend to hold a site visit for this project. Requests for Information (RFI): This requirement was posted previously and all previous RFIs are attached. Additional RFIs are due by 7/2/25 at 3:00PM. RFIs after this date and time will not be addressed. Bids are due on 07/11/2025 at 3:00PM. Bids will ONLY be accepted via email to stephanie.luniewski@va.gov. Bid opening will be open to bidders, via Microsoft Teams, on 07/11/2025at 3:15PM.
