5th, 6th and Main Improvements The Subcontractors List must be submitted with the Bid package within the deadline listed above. The Bids will immediately thereafter be opened and publicly read. The Work to be performed shall be along Ma in Ave N from 4th to 6th St, E 5th St from Main Ave N to Ballarat Ave N, E 6th St from Main Ave N to Ballarat Ave N, and Pierce Lane. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, roadway and utility improvement, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, miscellaneous surface restoration, storm drainage collection and conveyance, water main replacement, and other Work as required to complete the Project. The Engineer's estimated cost for the 5th, 6th, & Main Project is $1,900,000 to $2,100,000. The Contract shall provide 120 working days total. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in. the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
