Renovation of a water / sewer project in Branford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Branford, Connecticut hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for the Branford Water Pollution Control Facility (WPFC) Process System Upgrades. The work at Branford WPCF includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new process air blowers, a new WAS blower, a reaeration blower, new plant water pumps, and associated piping. The Work under the proposed Contract shall commence within 45 days after the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 520 days after start of Work. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of Bids without consent of Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities or minor defects in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of Owner.
