Site work and paving for a civil project in Providence Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Northeast Water Reclamation: RB3-Forcemain and Influent Drain 1. 24" Force Main Installation: Furnish and install 24" force main under Fishtrap Road from STA 7+73 to STA 31+25, including tie-in to an existing 24" HDD. The pipe shall be capped at STA 7+73; final connection to the lift station will be completed by others under Work Package 1 (RB1). 2. 24" Sanitary Sewer Installation: Furnish and install 24" Sanitary Sewer pipe from existing MH-1 at STA 10+00 to STA 31+41, including installation of MH-5. Final tie-in to MH-5 will be performed by the RB1 contractor. 3. Maintain Sanitary Service: Ensure uninterrupted sanitary service to Riverbend WRP throughout construction using a bypass to existing 21" SS downstream of MH-4. 4. Fishtrap Road Restoration: Perform demolition and restoration of Fishtrap Road as required for utility installation and demolition activities. 5. Traffic Control: Provide all required traffic control and bypass operations to keep Fishtrap Road open and accessible during construction. Estimate: $6,700,000 After expiration of the time and date above first written, said sealed proposals will be opened to identify Proposer firms only and read according to State law in Jobsite Conference Room. It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that his proposal is in the hands of UTRWD before the time and date above first written. It shall be each Proposer's sole responsibility to inspect the site of the work regarding the local conditions under which the work is to be done. It shall be understood and agreed that all such factors have been thoroughly investigated and considered in the preparation of the proposal submitted.
