Reference Number 0000294077 Pricing Lump sum Prequalification information on CCDC 11 and listed appendices below will be received at Lambton College, 1457 London Road, Sarnia, Ontario, to the attention of Kelly Hirlehey, Procurement Specialist. Civil Contractors, as noted above, interested in working on capital projects at the college and preparing bids, are advised that experience in expediting institutional construction projects is mandatory, and is required to be identified. Civil Contractors will be required to submit a bid bond and an agreement to bond from the bonding company for a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and material payment bond at the time of bid submission for capital projects. Bonding is required on projects over $250,000.00 in value. Vendors will be prequalified for a three (3) year period by the College. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
