Site work for a water / sewer project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The RB4 Scope of Work includes: 24" Force Main Installation: Installation of a 24-inch force main from STA 42+00 to STA 49+56 from an existing HDD line to connection at the Riverbend WRP. 18" Sanitary Sewer Installation: Installation of an 18-inch sanitary sewer line from STA 43+17 to STA 46+00, including the placement of two new manholes at STA 43+17 and 43+24. Demolition and Plugging of Existing Line: Plug and grout-fill of the existing sanitary sewer line at the Riverbend WRP. Work Package 4 RB4 Riverbend Work Deadline for Questions June 20, 2025; 2pm CST Work of the Project generally includes construction of a new, offsite, lift station and connecting 4,000-foot force main to the Riverbend WRP. More specifically, the Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of the following: 1. Facility 5, Civil: a. Replacement of a portion of the Sanitary Sewer along Fishtrap Road. b. Construction of a 4,000-foot-long force main to connect the proposed lift station to the Riverbend WRP. 2. Facility 10, Influent Lift Station: a. Construction of a new, offsite, 12 MGD lift station with options for future expansion. 3. Site improvements to support items above including yard piping, paving, and grading. 4. Site electrical improvements to support items above including duct banks, a transformer, and control system.
