Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor for hazardous material removal, interior demolition of approximately 4,200 SF. This includes but is not limited to mechanical, plumbing, electrical services and equipment, interior demising walls, door lab casework, finishes and flooring. Renovation of existing lab space of approximately 4,200 SF. This includes but not limited to, new partitions, doors, ceiling, floor, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
