The work will include, interim bridge washing, full bridge washing, and bridge deck sealing as part of a cyclical maintenance program on various bridges throughout Niagara County. Allen, PE, norman.allen@niagaracounty.gov. Only written Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted. The questions received and all answers will be sent to all in receipt of the bid documents later than 4:00 PM on June 9, 2025. If necessary, an Addendum to the Bidding Documents will be issued. This contract is federally funded and has a DBE goal of 5%. Project EEO Goals: 7.7% Minority, 6.9% Female Each Bidder shall include a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form a Bid Bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank, and subject to the conditions provided in the "IMPORTANT BIDDER INFORMATION". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The County of Niagara reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
