The Texas StateUniversity System ("Owner") on behalf of Sul Ross State University, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications ("Qualifications") and Pricingand Delivery Proposals ("Proposals") for the selection of a ConstructionManager-at-Risk firm for the NewClassroom and Office Building("Project"),on the Sul Ross State University, Eagle Pass, Texascampus. This solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements forprospective Construction Manager-at-Risk entities ("CMR" or "CMRs") to beconsidered for this work. (Prospective CMRssubmitting their Qualifications and Proposals in response to this solicitationare hereinafter referred to as "Respondents"). The Owner is requiring that the Qualifications, Proposals, and HUBCommitment Letter (HCL) be submitted at the same time, but in separate, sealed packages. Question Deadline 06/18/2025 Discrepancies, omissions or doubts as to the meaning of RFQ/P documents shall be communicated in writing to the Owner for interpretation. It is the responsibility of all Respondents to check the status of formal addenda regularly and five (5) days before the submission deadline.
