HHSC PCS is seekingcompetitive bids to establish contract(s) for parking lot repairs and roadwaylights installation at the Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID). Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline June 17, 2025, 5:00 Anticipated Contract Start Date Upon Award The required services to be provided are parking lot repairs and installation of new light poles at the Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID). The Contractor shall install a total of four (4) 25-foot light poles throughout the TCID facility. Two (2) 25-foot light poles shall be installed on concrete pedestals in the Out Patient Clinic (OPC) parking lot, each containing two light fixtures. A separate light fixture will be mounted on an existing pole. The Contractor shall cut and repair the asphalt for trenching to the poles. Two (2) 25-foot light poles, each containing one light fixture, will be installed along the back roadway. The Contractor shall be responsible for trenching and backfilling trenches. The Contractor shall need to install the necessary electrical wiring and conduit for power and signal connections. Connect the pole to the electrical service and control systems. Install grounding systems to ensure electrical safety. The Contractor shall need to ensure that the mounted lighting fixtures on the poles are proper aligned and aimed. The Contractor shall test the lighting fixtures and the entire system to ensure proper operation and functionality. The Contractor shall backfill and compact the excavated areas. Restore any disturbed areas, including landscaping and pavement. Remove all debris and construction materials from the site. Complete all necessary inspections and commissioning procedures.
